Bolo Bergamota



Ingredientes:

2 xícaras de farinha de trigo;
2 xícaras de açúcar;
1 xícara de suco de bergamota ( só com as frutas) :);
3 ovos;
Meia xícara de óleo ou manteiga derretida;
1 xícara e meia de leite, se ficar muito grossa a massa, coloque um pouquinho mais de leite;
1 colher de fermento para bolo em pó.

Estes ingredientes tirando o suco é base para a maioria dos bolos, você pode inventar um. :)

Modo de preparo:

Misture primeiro a farinha e o açúcar, depois misture os ovos, o suco, o óleo ou manteiga derretida e o leite. E por último misture o fermento.

Sempre os ingredientes secos primeiro, depois os molhados e o fermento por último.

Asse mais ou menos uns 40 minutos em 250 graus.
Como a foto :). Mas o meu ficou com uns pontinhos porque eu não derreti a manteiga. :) (rs).

    My boyfriend of a 2year just broke up with me and am 28 weeks pregnant.
